Our company based in the USA has dealt directly with many factories in China for the past 15 years. We have lots of experience with getting good product and dealing with issues.

Joway supplied us with an initial order that was relatively okay. On the second order there were siginficant defects. They knew about the problems before production but manufactured and shipped anyway.

Upon receipt of the order we identified the several deficiencies. They simply refused to accept responsibility and made endless excuses that were pathetic. The whole order went to landfill

After 15 years and almost 200 orders from China, the Joway experience was our worst ever. It would be crazy to deal with them again.

There are thousands of suppliers in China. Find another one and save yourself some pain.
